How the Highest Pay Guarantee Works
1. Connect with an MSSI recruiter
Apply for a travel assignment or speak with one of our recruiters about available opportunities.
2. Find a higher advertised rate
If you see the same assignment advertised elsewhere at a higher pay rate, share the details with your recruiter.
3. Submit proof of the offer
Provide a screenshot or link to the job posting showing the higher rate and agency offering the position.
4. MSSI reviews and verifies the assignment
Our team will review the details to confirm the assignment meets eligibility requirements.
5. We work to beat the higher rate
If the assignment qualifies, MSSI will work to beat the higher rate whenever possible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Highest Pay Guarantee, the competing assignment must meet the following criteria:
- The assignment must be identical in facility, specialty, shift type, and contract length
- The competing job listing must be posted within the last two (2) weeks
- A screenshot including the competing agency name or recruiter details must be provided
- A direct link to the job posting on the competitor’s website is preferred
- The assignment must be currently open and accepting submissions
- The incentive applies to new travel contracts or eligible extensions
Assignments Not Eligible
The Highest Pay Guarantee does not apply to the following situations:
- Per diem assignments
- VMS (Vendor Management System) roles
- Assignments that cannot be verified
- Listings that are outdated or no longer accepting submissions
- Pay packages that include temporary promotional bonuses or incentives not tied to the base pay package
