Our goal is to be an advocate for our travel staff and ensure our travelers feel supported. MSSI’s Clinical team has hands on experience, so we can support and help direct our caregivers when questions or difficult situations arise on assignment or just to be a listening ear or a needed sounding board.
Our Clinical team is involved in the process of placements by assisting all our departments including the recruitment team and credentialing team to ensure successful assignments.

Our team is comprised of clinicians with over 30 years of experience within:
- Inpatient/Outpatient settings including Med Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Pediatric Med Surg, NICU, PICU, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Endoscopy, OR, Radiology.
- Adult to Pediatric populations
- Leadership positions
- Managing float teams and traveler programs within organizations
- Educator roles
