Traveler of the Quarter: Rose Ho

Rose Ho is an exceptional travel nurse originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and now calls Houston, Texas home. She began her travel nursing journey just over four years ago, with her very first assignment taking her to East Tennessee. Since then, she’s embraced the adventure of traveling, especially enjoying the opportunity to pick a state she’s never been to and explore it during her downtime.

Currently, Rose is on assignment in Wisconsin, where she’s just begun her first extension after starting in January 2025. Within just a few weeks of her arrival, unit leadership praised her as a “team player” and quickly recognized the calm, confident, and professional demeanor she brings to every shift.

Leadership shared their excitement to continue working with Rose, stating:

“Rose is fantastic to work with. Her calm and confident presence makes a huge difference for both staff and patients.”

Rose’s commitment to patient care and her outstanding teamwork embody the very best of what it means to be an MSSI traveler, making her a well-deserving recipient of the Traveler of the Quarter honor.

Fun fact: Rose is a twin — though her sister chose a different path and is not a nurse!
