Traveler of the Quarter: Andrea Minder
Congratulations our 2022 Q2 Traveler of the Quarter, Andrea Minder! Andrea had a double nomination from both her Recruiter and her Account Manager.
Andrea is a strong IR RN at one of the most short-staffed facilities MSSI has been working with. She brings years of knowledge and experience to her assignments and is highly praised by the staff and management. Not only has she gone above and beyond to help find more travelers for the hospital, but she is willing to work 70+ hours to keep the facility afloat. Not many are this willing to sacrifice their time to serve others.
Andrea is currently finishing up her 2nd extension and has been offered another. Andrea’s manager told us, “She is wonderful and we wish we could clone her!”
Thank you so much for all you do, Andrea! You are an amazing asset to the MSSI travel team and we are beyond grateful for your selfless work.

How long have you been in this industry: I have been a nurse since 1997.

What is your favorite thing about travel nursing? My favorite thing about traveling is the people you meet and all of the new friendships you develop.
How do you spend a day off? I love to spend my day off with my family .
Last book you read: The last thing I read was a book called Educated. I highly recommend.
