Hometown: Sheboygan, WI. I know the name can make people giggle, but it is a great city on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan.

What is your best advice for travelers? When deciding on an assignment my best advice for travelers is to ask questions and do their research. Ask questions of everyone ~ your recruiter, the manager during your phone interview, and your fellow travelers. Also, don’t forget to do your research. Research the location if it’s somewhere you aren’t familiar with. Be sure it’s somewhere you think you will be happy spending your time. Also, research the facility so you can learn what other travelers are saying about it.

If you were a traveler, where would you want to take your next assignment? There are so many amazing and beautiful places to explore in the US! I am always drawn to the mountains or ocean, so the options are pretty limitless. Maine and North Carolina would be great states because you get mountains and ocean!

If you were a healthcare provider, what would your specialty be? Hands down an L&D RN! I went to nursing school and absolutely loved all things related to labor and delivery.

What is something interesting about you that many people do not know? In my spare time, I run a small floral design business. I would love to have a flower truck business someday!

What is the last movie/tv show you watched? I have a thing for cooking shows, especially all of Gordon Ramsay’s shows. I am watching Master Chef as I write this.

Favorite thing about working with MSSI? I have always loved recruiting and helping people find jobs that are a great match for them. Recruiting at MSSI is awesome because of the sheer volume of professionals I have helped in that regard. I also love my MSSI family and have made some true friends here. We work hard as a team and have a lot of fun!
