Compliance Reimbursement Program
MSSI caregivers receive up to $350 in qualifying reimbursements for required items needed to be obtained or purchased for the assignment.

Qualifying Items
Assignment-specific items available for reimbursement under this program are:
Compliance Items
This includes physicals, titers, vaccines, TB, fit test, etc. needed for your assignment.
Credentials
This includes licensing, certifications, etc. needed for your assignment.
Uniforms
This includes scrubs, shoes, instruments, etc. needed for your assignment.
Eligibility
The items above must be purchased no earlier than your offer acceptance date. The eligibility window ends on the last day of your assignment or 365 days from the start of your assignment – whichever comes first.
Eligibility for reimbursement requires you to successfully complete the full length of your assignment as well as provide dated/detailed receipts to MSSI, along with the reimbursement form by the Monday following the last day of your assignment.
If you do not successfully complete the assignment, there will be no reimbursement provided.
Who Qualifies:
New MSSI caregivers are eligible for reimbursements up to $350.
Returning MSSI caregivers (someone who has previously completed an assignment with MSSI, but returning for a new one) are eligible for reimbursements up to $200.
*Per Diem, assignments under 8 weeks, and extensions are not eligible for compliance reimbursement.
Procedure
Caregiver must submit all dated/detailed receipts to MSSI along with reimbursement form by the Monday following the last day of the assignment. Caregivers will be paid out reimbursements on their final paycheck for the assignment.
